After graduation from law school, he practiced law in Chillicothe , Ohio until he joined with Martin M. Young and Associates (predecessor law firm to Young, Reverman & Mazzei Co., L.P.A.) in 1982. At that time Rick began working in the areas of automobile accidents , personal injury , wills & probate , social security , and bankruptcy . Rick became a partner in 1988 and the firm name was changed to Young and Reverman Co., L.P.A. As the law firm grew, Rick concentrated more on his automobile accident and personal injury practice and also became involved with representing individuals injured through exposure to asbestos.

Rick's primary involvement continues to be in the automobile accident and personal injury arena representing individuals hurt through the negligence of others.

Rick is licensed in the State and Federal Courts of Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association and the Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Negligence Committee, Court of Common Pleas Committee and the Joint Committee between the Bar Association and the Academy of Medicine .

Rick's efforts have provided fair and just compensation for his clients who have been injured by the negligence of others.
