Kelly attended Capital University Law School for his legal training and was a member of Law Review and a multitude of other organizations, both civic and scholastic. During law school, Kelly was a law clerk for two years with Amy Sue Taylor Co., L.P.A. in Columbus , Ohio , where he became familiar with personal injury and medical malpractice. Kelly is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio .
