Martin joined with his father, uncle, and brother to serve the Greater Cincinnati community. Founding a firm in 1972, he began a building process that has resulted in the current firm of Young, Reverman & Mazzei Co., L.P.A.

As the firm has grown, attorneys and staff have been added. However, Martin's original paralegal has remained with the firm as have many of his original clients. Loyalty and longevity of staff and clients demonstrate Martin's continuity of quality service. Martin is also proud of the fact that his two partners have been with him for 21 and 26 years, respectively.

As an active member of the American, Ohio State, and Cincinnati Bar Associations, Martin provides service to his profession. He is a past President of the Cincinnati Lawyer's Club and past chairman of the Young Lawyers of Cincinnati. He also serves on committees of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations. Martin has published articles and been featured as a guest columnist for the Cincinnati Enquirer and the Cincinnati Bar Association Report. He has been voted by his peers as an Ohio Super Lawyer since 2004, the year of the award's inception.

He is licensed to appear in all State and Federal courts in Ohio and the U.S. Supreme Court. Over the years, he has developed an active and large worker's compensation and personal injury practice. Martin is a board-certified workers' compensation specialist.

Martin is a life-long resident of Cincinnati . He was married in 1963 to his wife Judy and they have three adult daughters and five grandchildren.
