Bob started his career as an assistant prosecuting attorney with the Warren County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in Lebanon, Ohio, where he prosecuted a wide range of cases — including DUI, vehicular homicide, domestic violence, drug trafficking and child abuse. In a landmark case, Bob wrote the appellate brief and argued before the Supreme Court of Ohio in one of the first criminal prosecutions using DNA evidence in the state. As part of an advanced training program for law enforcement authorities in Warren County, Bob lectured on the detection and arrest of DUI offenders.
A life-long resident of Ohio, Bob graduated from McNicholas High School in Cincinnati and earned his juris doctor and bachelor’s degrees from Ohio universities. He is dedicated to providing the people in his community with ethical and knowledgeable representation.
Bob speaks fluent Spanish and is involved with the Hispanic community. His language skills have permitted him the opportunity to represent individuals from more than 20 different countries.
